Admission Requirements:

English and Arabic Theological Studies Diploma:

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for enrollment in the full diploma program:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate a sincere commitment to the Coptic Orthodox faith and Church life
• Submit a completed application form and course fee

Individual Course Enrollment:

• Students interested in taking individual courses for personal enrichment or continuing education are not required to meet the full admission criteria listed above.

Registration is open to anyone seeking to grow in the knowledge and practice of the Coptic Orthodox faith.

All diploma program applications are subject to review and approval by the admission committee.

Pastoral Care Diploma: 

• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Applicants must be actively serving in the Church
• Complete the online application form
• A recommendation letter from your Father of Confession (Please use the link below) 
• One-page personal statement in English (Within the Application form)
• If selected, the admission committee will contact you to schedule an online interview.

Final admission decisions will follow the interviews. The registration form and fee instructions will be included with the acceptance email. Apply Here!

Father of Confession Form

Liturgy Hymns Diploma:  

• Commitment to attend weekly classes and participate respectfully
• Commitment to memorize the assigned hymns throughout the program and demonstrate progress during evaluations
• Submit a completed application form and course fee

Please note that this diploma is a prerequisite for elevation to the rank of subdeacon in the Diocese of PA and its Affiliated Regions.Apply Here!
